Returns and Refunds Policy
At StormLine Supply, we want to make sure you receive the correct product in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Clearance items.
• Special orders.
• Cut-to-length products.
• Opened consumables.
• Electrical products that have been installed or used.
• Items that are missing parts, packaging, or accessories.
Return Requirements
Before sending anything back, you must contact us to request return approval. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Where permitted, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund processing times may vary, but most approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or sent back due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
